Senior Account Executive

AmazeRealise are looking to hire an ambitious Senior Account Executive to work on one of our flagship accounts in Manchester.

Responsibilities:

  • Foster strong and collaborative relationships with your Amaze colleagues
  • Build strong, respectful relationships with your clients
  • Understand the objectives of the Client Services team and work with your team to deliver against these
  • Understand the full service offering of Amaze and St Ives
  • Maintain an accurate and up to date pipeline
  • Help your team with preparing proposals and work orders
  • Support the finance department in securing payment of invoices from clients when required
  • Understand your clients’ organisational structure and goals
  • Immerse yourself in their industry, including challenges, competitors and commercial issues
  • Support the team in all elements of administrating and coordinating the account
  • Assist in the co-ordination of internal and client meetings
  • Write and share contact reports within 24 hours
  • Provide financial reports to clients in line with SLAs
  • Assist your team to produce marketing support packs for all completed projects
  • Help your team to win new business through pitch preparation
  • Live and breathe digital

Key Requirements:

  • Experience within a similar role is essential
  • At least 6 months experience within a Digital Agency or in a marketing role
  • Ambition to progress within the business
  • Ability to work with clients and communicate effectively both internally and externally
