This is a rare opportunity for a Senior Account Director to lead a well-established team and to truly influence and shape the operational & strategical direction of the business.

Based in Greater Manchester, the agency handles campaigns for large brands and smaller SME’s from some of the best-known healthcare companies both in the UK & Europe. With an impressive track record in healthcare marketing, this is an exciting time for the business as they look to diversify their market offering and client rosta.
This is a key recruit for the business as they target the professional who can add considerable client handling/facing expertise & drive the brand and team forward. The Senior Account Director role needs to provide strategic counsel to shape clients’ brands and businesses, and to maximise current and new business opportunities. The role will take responsibility for converting client briefs into creative, effective and profitable campaigns, developing long-term relationships with clients and building the agency’s reputation.
The ideal Senior Account Director will have previous healthcare experience, ideally having been gained from working in larger agency environment. The ideal candidate will now be looking to take away best practice and process and map it onto this more versatile and dynamic environment.

You should be able to inspire clients across a multi-channel platform and demonstrate the following:
• A history of building relationships with clients at the most senior level
• A proven track record of delivering award-winning, effective creative work
• A record of leading high performing account handling teams: conducting performance reviews with staff, coaching, and implementing learning and development plans
