We operate a unique cross functional Squad (our version of a team) structure which brings people together; this diversity of thought and experience encourages us to continually push the boundaries of what we deliver to our customers. We are looking for Sales Operations Managers to join our Sales Leadership Team and be responsible for delivering our commercial priorities. In order to be successful you’ll need to empower your team to guide your customer base of circa 2,000 vehicle retailers through the digital transformation process and enable them to compete effectively in the marketplace. With proven people leadership and coaching experience, you’ll excel at translating strategy into operational deliverables. Creating unique development plans, by understanding people’s motivators and ensuring they have the right focus and direction you’ll allow them the autonomy to do the best for our customers.

You will have previous experience in a sales or service position and will have been successful in delivering results in line with business objectives and KPI’s. With strong commercial focus you will enjoy being responsible for a multimillion revenue stream. Taking part in regular business reviews you’ll put your analytical skills to the test when interpreting the P&L breakdown, forecasts and budgets. You will use this data and insight to ensure the delivery of an effortless service to our customers whilst maintaining maximum operational performance. You will be comfortable working in a fast paced environment and will have amazing communication and influencing skills. We are looking for people that are curious; will bring fresh ideas on how we can keep up with the ever changing consumer demands and buying process. Having the right attitude and determination, you will get up to speed with our marketplace very quickly.

This role is based in Manchester and we’re offering a salary of £45,000 – £65,000 and flexible benefits package. There is a requirement for travel within the UK, as from time to time you will go out and get to know the customer base you are responsible for. We’ll give you the support and tools to progress in your role and to take your career to the next level.
