Summary of the Role:
The role is for an organised individual able to work proactively and well under pressure, producing timely and accurate work within tight deadlines. Candidates must be keen and self-motivated with good organisational and communication skills and a methodical approach to work.

We are seeking a Sales Ledger Manager/Revenue Accountant with good analytical skill and results focus to join the Finance team.

The suitable candidate will report directly to the Financial Controller and the Finance Director and should have proficient previous accounting experience, ideally within an advertising/media background.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Daily Billing, and liaising with Account Managers to resolve any billing matters in a timely and accurate manner.
Full responsibility for Team Turnover reconciliations for all 7 teams for month end.
Reconcile all Turnover back to forecast sheets after month end has been completed – ensuring forecast sheets always updated with any Finance changes.
Full responsibility of reconciling the accrued and deferred income control accounts for the business.
Full Credit Control for the business and working with reported cash targets.
Reporting tender information on the GPS system and uploading to system.
Collating and reconciling all the internal GPS reports for the Crown Commercial Services (MI reporting system) for all current frameworks and then uploading within the external deadlines.
Working capital and debtors cash forecasting with FC.
Assisting with the FX reconciliation and revaluation for month end.
Intercompany reconciliations.
Assist with Month End management reports – GP reconciliation / turnover reconciliations and KPI reports.
Generally assisting the FC in their duties.
To support the agency in its delivery of ISO27001, including where applicable additional responsibilities for ISO asset owners (informed separately).

Person Specification Requirements:
Skills/experience:
Ideally 3/4 years’ agency experience with 12 months experience in a similar role.
Demonstrated attention to detail and being able to deal with all stakeholders.
Relevant industry qualifications.

Technology: Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Email and Internet.

Systems: Paprika,
Advantageous if candidate has previous experience in paprika although this is not an absolute requirement.
Proficient use of Excel to a good standard is required.
Abide by agency security requirements – ISO27001.
