We’re looking for a Recruiter with digital industry experience to join our team. We’re undergoing an incredibly exciting period – we’re about to celebrate our 22nd Birthday, we’re continuing to win lots of new business and we’re expanding globally, so it’s a great time to join.

We’re looking for a highly organised, ambitious Recruiter to join on a permanent basis, predominantly focussing on technical recruitment, but also assisting with all recruitment administration. The Assistant will also be covering our Recruitment Manager’s maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

– Developing a database of UK candidates for positions across the company
– Increasing social media presence to expand our employer brand and attract future talent to the business
– Liaising with preferred agencies for the supply of temporary and permanent staff
– 360 recruitment including CV sourcing, screening, negotiation
– Receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and creating a shortlist of candidates
– Requesting references and checking the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the Hiring Manager
– Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of the job in question
– Organising interviews for candidates as requested
– Managing all related administration, including issuing contracts, NDAs, updating recruitment software and analysis

Skills Required:

– Evident in-house recruiting experience and/or specific agency experience that is relevant to the following sectors – technical, project management, client services, data intelligence, creative and strategy
– Experience as a sourcer – very comfortable with boolean searching using an array of hiring sources, channels and techniques (such as hacking GitHub, StackOverflow, x-ray searching, scraping, social media, SQL querying etc
– Experience of executing both mid and junior-level recruitment campaigns
– Good ability to work with in-house ATS/CMS systems (technically proficient)
– Great problem solver who looks at Recruitment challenges with an innovative and creative eye
– A high level of emotional intelligence and an ability to be flexible in approach
– Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
– Ability to work with senior stakeholders and influence/challenge when necessary in a strong but diplomatic style
– Highly organised with the ability to remain calm under pressure
