Introduction to Hidden

Hidden is a digital marketing company that specialises in immersive technologies such as augmented reality. We are a full-service organisation and develop 90% of our products in-house. Our primary objective is to leverage the most current marketing conducive technologies for our clients in a creative way in order to enable them to exceed their commercial goals.

The candidate we’re looking for needs to be capable of interacting with clients on all levels and must be able to clearly convey Hidden Creative’s style of openly educating the client as projects are managed. This aspect of the role is particularly important given the advanced nature of the new technologies and techniques we offer.

The person applying for this role must be well organised, a good communicator and familiar with project management. We are looking for an eager learner and someone comfortable working in a fast-paced team-oriented environment. Candidates should also have an understanding of the complex dynamics present in a mixed technical and creative development studio.

Role Description

Dealing directly with clients, the project manager will contribute essential administrative support and organisation through the management of project tasks, materials and client related queries. The project manager will report directly to the technical and creative directors who also assume the role of programme managers, overseeing all project managers.

Day-to-Day Tasks

Producing project roadmap materials
Day to day information and task management of live and upcoming projects (email, telephone, etc)
Collect and organise project assets and reference for delivery to Hidden’s creative and technical teams Managing project and task scheduling with studio manager
Client meeting support (meeting minutes, etc)
Ad-hoc administrative tasks
