Kenyon Fraser is looking for a senior public relations and communications professional with the ambition, determination and creativity to succeed in our growing agency. With a demonstrable track record working hands-on at senior level, delivering successful strategy and campaigns, and preferably with solid in-house and agency experience, you’ll take the lead across a range of accounts – public, private and voluntary sector clients.

Job Description

To take the lead on a range of public, private and voluntary sector PR and communications clients

To ensure excellent client relationships, effective delivery and take responsibility for contract performance

To lead and manage PR / communications team and multidisciplinary teams on key projects

Person Specification

– demonstrable skills, experience and successful track record in corporate communications and PR, stakeholder engagement, local, regional and national media relations across print, broadcast and digital
– proven success and developed skills in researching, devising, planning and delivering campaigns
– rounded understanding of and experience of full marketing communications mix
– good understanding of digital PR
– team leadership skills
– mature attitude, calm under pressure
– knowledge and experience of reputation and crisis management including the importance of brand
– high level of credibility operating at all levels
– commercial awareness
– minimum 5 year’s experience
– ideally both agency and in-house experience
– degree, ideally in relevant subject with evidence of postgraduate study and / or CPD
