Based in Brighouse, my client is a full service design and PR agency, with a dynamic mix of national clients. Specialising in consumer PR, they offer a range of services including media relations, campaign planning, product launches, social media campaigns, photography and copywriting, in addition to design for print and web, and marketing support. Formed seven years ago, the company has grown considerably and has a wide range of national and local clients within the homes, food and parenting industries.
My client is looking for a PR Account Executive to join its growing, hands on team of PR professionals. As the company expands and new clients come aboard, they need a new member of the team to help deliver their PR campaigns. Their Account Executive will be an essential part of the team reporting directly to the Account Manager and Managing Director.
There will be lots of opportunities to get hands-on with accounts liaising with clients, drafting PR material and liaising with the media as well as administration duties, which are key to the successful running of the accounts. The new recruit will get a fantastic insight into the workings of a busy press office as well as involvement in design projects and marketing campaigns, which are also delivered by the business.
• Monitoring and managing press coverage and management of media databases
• Management and issuing of press samples
• Drafting and issuing releases, case studies, features, quotes and project specific copy
• Support for London-based press events, desk drops and campaign activity
• Creating and managing social media and blog activity
Hands on, team player with a realistic approach to PR.”
