Your key responsibilities will include:
• Highlight invoice bookings and raise to Line Manager
• Regularly review DDS bookings (48hrs) ensuring that all bookings are on the system
• Contribute to reports and meeting information
• Pro-active in buying across all digital channels (where applicable) on smaller campaigns
• Manipulate and interpret campaign results (leveraging 3rd party technology software such as the DoubleClick Suite of products & Marin Software)
• Regularly monitor campaign delivery and performance, keeping the Line Manager up to date
• Assist in the set up and/or trafficking of campaigns
• Assist in regular ‘technical audits’ to ensure all tags are in the right place on client’s websites
• Scrutinising all client and media owner output
• Dealing with client requests and delivering contact reports
• Keep abreast of media industry news and developments online and via Trade Press
• Assist in activities across a wider range of digital media channels including “buying” digital media though media owners or self-service tools
• The use of advanced planning tools where applicable (Hitwise; TGI; Google Product Suite; Advanced DDS programmes; Excel Formulas)
• Supervising and work closely with new Media Executives providing support to them where required
