Due to our ever-growing success in the outreach arena, we are seeking a dedicated Outreach Account Manager to join our Harrogate team.
Main Duties of the Role:
• Speaking to, and meeting with clients from a range of niches on a regular basis to head up all outreach strategy discussions
• Communicating on a daily basis with both the outreach and Technical Account Management teams to discuss clients’ monthly deliverables
• Actively encourage and facilitate communication between the Technical and Creative/Outreach teams
• Advise on and help to further develop the quality of our Outreach product offering
• Support and mentor members of the Outreach team to develop their knowledge and confidence
• Keep up to date with the latest SEO developments and train these into the team
• Identify tools and products to help the team achieve their objectives
• Regularly review and update Outreach team documents and processes
• Work closely with Management to report on team performance, successes, and challenges
• Liaising with Business Development and Sales Account Managers to support new business pitches and account upsells
The ideal candidate should have:
• At least two years’ experience in SEO and Digital Marketing
• Excellent client facing abilities, conducting themselves in a knowledgeable and professional, yet friendly manner
• Sound knowledge of the range of strategies employed to earn links
• Proven ability to oversee multiple accounts
• Strong proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• The ability to support, mentor and assist in training Outreach team members
