We are currently looking for a creative individual to join our existing Online Marketing team as an Online Marketing Executive.

Working with the Online Marketing Manager & existing teams, you will be responsible for Studio/Ace social media campaigns across all social channels (Facebook,Twitter, Google+, Instagram, Blog) & will help to coordinate other online recruitment activity such as google campaigns.

•Liaising with the marketing & buying teams – you will produce the social media content plan, coordinate marketing assets (images/videos/links/copy) & schedule all posts via Hootsuite – helping to ensure our social media program realises its full potential – driving customer awareness, sales & engagement
•Work with the Online Marketing Manager to increase our social channels
•Working as part of a team – support the Online Marketing Manager to coordinate the online acquisition programme, to deliver online new customer recruitment targets on time and on budget (briefing online ads, proof checking online campaigns, checking stock, providing landing page urls, tracking, ad copy, images etc)
•Ensure all activity is adequately tagged to facilitate performance monitoring
•Provide periodic (weekly, monthly, annually, as required) reports to demonstrate performance of social media activity
•Monitor competitor activity and industry developments to identify opportunities, making recommendations where appropriate
•Provide cover and support within the team for busy periods, holidays and sickness
•Work with the online marketing manager to challenge existing contracts and partnerships where appropriate to improve efficiencies and reduce costs
•Other duties commensurate with the role as required by senior management

The successful applicant will be required to have;


•Creative individual with good copywriting skills & marketing background/experience, with the ability to devise targeted, commercial, engaging social & online campaigns
•Good understanding of all social media channels
•A team player with a flexible approach to the working day and one who can work as part of a team or autonomously as required


•Experience In Commercial Social Media & use of Social Media Management System e.g. Hootsuite & Facebook Business Manager
•Digital/Direct Marketing Qualification (IDM, CIM) – or degree educated in marketing or business discipline
•Google Adwords Qualification or experience of using Google Adwords
•E-retail experience
•High level of personal energy to ensure completion of projects and activity on time, on brief and on budget
•Analytical and numerate, able to interpret complex and extensive data and turn to action.
