This role offers an exciting opportunity to anyone interested in the marketing of arts organisations. As part of a small, hard-working team, there is huge opportunity for the post-holder to take mjf to the next level in its exciting development, sustaining and progressing a world-class music organisation working within the ever-changing social and economic context of the arts in the UK today.

The successful applicant will lead on the marketing strategy through the next stage of our evolution and work alongside our Artistic Director, Director of Development and Operations and the team to enable our programme of work to reach increased and more diverse audiences.
