Job Introduction

Carat are recruiting graduates looking to launch a career in media, working across a range of well-known brands. As Account Assistant you will learn lot’s working with a team of talented media specialists across a range of clients in the client services team.
Role Responsibility
Learning about customer profiling and how to identify the right target audience for your client’s products and services. You will be trained how to use audience analysis software to contribute insights to your clients’ campaign targeting.
You will also learn how to use industry tools to research competitor advertising activity for your clients, giving them real insight in how to get ahead in their sectors.
Your work will be used in client proposals and reports.
Understanding your clients’ targets you will take on responsibilities for data monitoring and campaign reporting.
Through intensive training you will quickly begin to take on your own campaigns, getting experience with insight, planning and campaign monitoring.
You will get to know your clients and their business’, building relationships and making sure you develop knowledge of their market, business requirements and individual personalities.
You will learn the day to day requirements of account management, including all elements of account administration.
Proactive support role for team, helping out across your teams’ accounts.
The Ideal Candidate
A great communicator who is able to think on their feet.
You must be proactive, keen to learn, eager to help and contribute to the output of your team.
You will be able to manage multiple projects at once, ensuring you always have an eye on the details.
You will be interested in current media trends but understand that there are difference between different audiences’ media consumption.
