Our Marketing department is looking for an Executive to join the team to support with the promotion of Dentsu Aegis Network and its agency brands through effective internal and external marketing initiatives.

Based in Manchester, the role sits within the wider Dentsu Aegis North Sales and Marketing team. The Marketing Executive will play an integral part in delivering our strategy and ensuring all communications are planned, effective and engaging.

It’s a diverse role with a variety of marketing activities to support. From running employee engagement initiatives to delivering social media plans and producing marketing collateral for thought leadership campaigns, no day is the same!

The role of Marketing Executive is a varied one with many different skills required. From getting involved with challenging and rewarding assignments, thought leadership campaigns to support new business development and client cross sell to employee engagement, you will get a broad level of experience.

Here are some of the areas you would be responsible for:
* Planning and content development to support projects and campaigns, to include writing copy for news articles, email communications and marketing collateral production.
* Ownership of digital and social media output, helping the business develop its profile across these platforms.
* Platform support, including the maintenance of channels including brand websites, email marketing and CRM database management.
* Working closely with our HR and L&D team you would deliver internal communications, projects and initiatives to support employee engagement and building a great employee culture.
* Measurement of all communications activities to gauge effectiveness of communications and meet our KPIs.
* Coordination of Industry Award Submissions.
* Management of regional client and business development events.
* Overall, the role of a Marketing Executive is to deliver communications using the most appropriate channels to ensure messages are informative and engaging to help us achieve our commercial objectives.

This role requires an organised, driven, self-starter who is excellent at project management. You need to be a strong communicator and confident in dealing with different personalities at all levels of the business.

You’ll be expected to be able to work under pressure and to strict deadlines so you’ll need to be able to organize yourself and have a keen eye for detail but also be confident enough to tell others in the team what you need and when.

We are looking for someone who has previous experience of supporting communications activity and an understanding of communications channels, as well as experience in running multi-channel integrated campaigns. If you have a good knowledge of social media and copywriting skills then that would be beneficial.
