Summary of the Role
As a brand guardian of the agency, you will be pro-active, creative and productive in designing the raft of marketing and sales support material required by the new business team. Your efforts will maximise brand awareness and client acquisition to drive enquiries while supporting new business pitches with creative design work that will deliver a memorable pitch experience when engaging with some of the biggest brands in the UK.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Support the sales and new business team in the production and execution of creative assets and agency sales material from the web site through to pitch presentations
Be guardian of the creative output of the team
Strive to produce the very best professional output, on brand
Passionate about creativity and innovation
Support the culture of creativity, thinking, challenge and innovation.
Goes the “extra mile” to deliver the very best creative work across the department
Sharing innovation and new ideas
Ensure agency processes and QA standards are followed
Ensure all documented output is of the highest quality and reflects the agency brand
Core deliverables – web site updates, pitch material, case study presentations, creative assets, creds decks, pitch decks and any other creative material (mainly digital) used within the context of the company remit.
Review and be aware of market and competitor creative working with the Sales & Marketing Director to identify market cut-through
Be pro-active in bringing new ideas to the table to move forward the delivery of the Agency’s marketing and brand.
To support the agency in its delivery of ISO27001, including where applicable additional responsibilities for ISO asset owners (informed separately)

Person Specification Requirements
Skills/experience:
Graduate – Degree in Multi Media Studies or relevant subject.
At least 1 years ‘experience of working within a creative environment
Working knowledge of industry standard software such as but not limited to the Adobe creative suite.

Key Attributes:
Able to demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion and maturity in relation to interacting with people at all levels.
Ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

Technology:
Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Email and Internet.
Good knowledge of the whole Adobe creative suite primarily Illustrator, Photoshop etc.
