The Account Director position is a senior client management position within our organization, responsible for leading an Account Management team, accountable for delivering client revenue and growth, relationship building, marketing strategy across all channels, project development and management.
We need a passionate, experienced CRM Campaign Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing, executing and improving the agency’s CRM and lead generation/nurture strategy. This is with the aim of driving engagement and sales through our direct channels, like email, as well as other online and print mediums. You’ll build a strong strategy for our plans and activity, which should generate quality sales-ready leads, stirring up interest and engagement in Jaywing’s wide range of services. This strategy should also nurture leads and opportunities, to the point of conversion. Your role will encompass reaching out to new prospects, as well as engaging existing clients in innovative ways, to improve cross-sell, retention and lifetime value.
Jaywing’s Performance and Media Science team is at the heart of the Jaywing business. The Head of Paid Media will help shape the paid media product offering for the agency, working closely with the Operations Director to drive this area.
As Jaywing’s Business Development Director, your main objective is to generate GP growth in the Financial/Professional services vertical. You’ll need to maximise close rates, and nurture a prospect network, all while continually improving opportunity qualification, and pitch delivery. Working closely with the Demand Generation Manager, who creates an active pipeline of prospects, it’ll be your job to qualify these prospects in or out of the pitch process, and maximise close rate by employing your own consultative selling techniques.
