Summary of the Role
To assist the Performance Marketing team in the production, development and day to day management of all performance driven channels for our clients within twentysix performance marketing.

twentysix Performance Marketing is the dedicated Performance Marketing Division of twentysix digital. This encompasses performance driving channels:
Affiliate Marketing
Behavioural Retargeting
Basket Retargeting
Email Marketing / Lead generation
To work within each of these specific online mediums in order to help deliver a holistic campaign for the client.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Compiling performance data via Excel spreadsheets, written Word documents and Powerpoint presentations
Communications to affiliate suppliers on behalf of clients
Developing and maintaining a portfolio of relationships with affiliate partners
Demonstrate multi-tasking ability, keep multiple projects on-track, structuring and executing work
Working closely with the Performance Marketing team on a set of designated accounts
Balancing the needs of the business, client, suppliers and affiliate partners to assist in the growth of revenue generated for the business through performance marketing
Develop an awareness of key affiliate industry issues and an appreciation of their influence on the development, management and strategy for an affiliate program.
Liaising with internal online and offline teams within twentysix digital.
Attending internal meetings to report on performance and strategy of the various channels
Client contact in the form of conference calls, attendance of meetings and presentations and new client pitches
Supply clients with pre, mid and post campaign analysis

Reports to the Senior performance marketing managers
Be a team player across all areas of the performance marketing team
Efficient delivery of workload
Ensuring resourcing is accurate in paprika (time sheet system)

Communication with clients via phone calls and meetings
Passionate and motivated to work on any client

To support the agency in its delivery of ISO27001, including where applicable additional responsibilities for ISO asset owners (informed separately)

Person Specification Requirements
Skills/experience:At least 6+ months of online marketing experience

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to liaise with clients and internal teams.

Key Attributes: The role would suit a candidate with online marketing and/or affiliate marketing experience, additional a proactive attitude and keen ability to adapt and learn fast are desired traits.

A keen eye to detail and good with numbers is essential.

Technology:Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Excel, GA, HTML, BB Code and associate media platforms / paid media technology as required
