We are looking for a dynamic, creative and hard-working individual for the role of Interim Head of Corporate Communications to cover maternity leave.
If you are a self-motivated, proactive and enthusiastic individual with excellent leadership skills as well as strong verbal and written communication skills, this could be the perfect role for you.
You will have significant experience of working in a senior Corporate Communication role and ideally have some experience of the Higher Education sector. You will have experience of the strategic management of a Corporate Communications team as well as first-hand experience of managing social media, internal communications, press and website.
The key purpose of the role is to enhance the University’s reputation and profile locally, nationally and internationally. You will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the Corporate Communications team, which includes press, social media, web management, design, internal communications to staff and students, production of key literature including the undergraduate prospectus and other important recruitment materials, brand management and multimedia.
