Top performing integrated agency is on the lookout for a Head of Research and Insight to join their impressive strategic team.

This team have gone from strength to strength in recent years and they’re keen to invest in their people power and are now looking for a talented individual to take responsibility for market insight and scoping for projects within the property sector.

As Head of Research and Insight you’ll work within the strategic planning function of the agency and play a key role in providing insight into consumer behaviours that will influence final planning of marketing campaigns. Your consultative approach will help with understanding how brands engage with the consumer and how to best plan projects taking the research into consideration. Projects will be wide-ranging, from segmentation through to concept and brand development, and you will bring together data from ad hoc and continuous studies to give clients the ‘story’ behind the numbers.

To be considered you’ll need to demonstrate a solid understanding of current media and be confident offering strategic support to Planners with your analytic expertise. You’ll be well versed in generating detailed reports offering bespoke insight for the team. Your natural curiosity will aid you in your research skills and you’ll display excellent attention to detail, in addition to an earnest willingness to develop and learn. You will need excellent client management skills and the ability to pitch ideas and negotiate with the client.
