Photolink Creative in Manchester is recruiting for a Front of House / Receptionist for its creative campus in Manchester warmly welcome all of our wonderful visitors.

Job Title: Front of House / Receptionist
Hours: Monday – Friday 0830am – 5pm, with flexibility

Aim of the Role
To ensure all visitors are warmly welcomed to our premises and to be left with a great experience of their visit.
To ensure that all phone lines are promptly answered with calls & queries dealt with professionally.
To provide general support to the business areas of the company.

The Role & Responsibilities

Dealing with all internal and external calls & making any announcements when required over the paging system.
Meeting/greeting and signing in all guests.
Manage and co-ordinate the boardroom bookings and diary system on Outlook.
Cover for making refreshments for Boardroom meetings when Housekeeper is not available.
Arrange cover for housekeeping to cover holidays.
Arrange outside catering for meetings when necessary.
Co-ordinating events both internally and externally (some out of hours).
Outgoing post/distribution of incoming post-update franking machine.
Ensuring reception area is kept clean and tidy at all times – the use of a hoover and a duster may be required!
Purchasing weekly fresh flowers and fruit for reception/internal employees.
Responsible for company stationery order and usage.
Organise couriers & book Taxis
Distribution of all post to relevant departments & organise waste removal boxes.
Assist Finance Manager with H&S programme – including minute taking and ensuring that any issues are resolved.
Maintain holiday and sickness records for all Manchester based employees.
Ensure all telephone lists are updated and that system is fully functioning at all times.
Desirable skills:
Ideally you will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role or in an administrative role – supported by references.
Great administrative skills and working knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook.
Very strong communication skills and an interest in the industry would be beneficial but not essential.
