We’re currently recruiting for a talented Front-Desk Coordinator to join our exciting media agency! As the first point of contact, you are the face and voice of the company. We are therefore looking for someone with strong communication and customer service skills. The Front-Desk Coordinator is expected to act with knowledge and professionalism when interacting with clients or prospective clients, as well as internally. It’s a very exciting time to join us as we are expanding rapidly. At All Response Media, we work hard but we have fun along the way. Investing in our people is a priority for us. Key Responsibilities:
· Operate the switchboard
· Meet/greet internal & external visitors and provide refreshments
· Meeting room management – coordination of diaries and ensuring they are well-equipped and tidy
· Book couriers/taxis
· Telephone list management
· Ordering of stationary and kitchen supplies
· Preparation for the arrival of new employees
· Birthdays and leavers celebrations/gifts – for clients/ media owners
· Distribution of post
· Ad hoc admin duties
