twentysix is a global media agency based in Leeds, London, New York, and Singapore. The finance function currently consists of a team of 4 – Finance Director (FD), Financial Controller (FC), Revenue Accountant (RA) & Accounts Assistant (AA) based in the Leeds office with over 150 employees.

Due to our continued growth we are now looking for a dynamic, and tenacious, and ambitious Finance Manager to join our Finance department in the Leeds office.
Supporting the Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will manage the team while providing the highest quality of work, showing strong interpersonal skills and organisational abilities.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
Management of all accounting operations including Billing, A/R, A/P, GL and, Cost Accounting, Inventory Accounting and Revenue Recognition.
Prepare all divisional monthly financial statements in line with group deadlines.
Support all month-end and year-end close processes.
Help with external Auditor preparation of information and any requirements
Ensure quality control and integrity over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Manage and comply with government tax requirements- i.e. VAT + EC returns.
Manage National Statistic reports as required by the government (monthly and quarterly).
Effectively supply the FD with all aspects of P&L, balance sheet, monthly management report figures and group reporting.
Assist with Paprika maintenance – i.e. set up of records and help build reports that assist the business.
Efficient management of working capital and other assets and required by group.
Helps manage the assessment and improvement of the department and the team performance.
Strives to build strong and effective working relationships between the Finance Department and the rest of the Agency.
Goes the extra mile to deliver optimum results for the business.
To support the agency in its delivery of ISO27001, including where applicable additional responsibilities for ISO asset owners (informed separately). Administration and management of all related financial ISO27001 requirements across the finance team – responsibility for Partners and Suppliers in ISO27001

Person Specification Requirements
6+ years experience at senior financial management position (ideally in advertising arena, however not essential).
Qualified Accountant.

Ability to analyse problems and provide timely and effective solutions.
Ability to demonstrate commercial acumen, strong influencing skills, tact and diplomacy.

Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite, Email and Internet – strong excel skills essential.
Paprika and Cognos experience desirable but not essential as training will be given.
