We’re seeking a talented writer – someone who is technically strong and produces excellent copy, with a fantastic level of attention to detail and an engaging turn of phrase. You’ll be adept at writing creatively for a vast range of audiences, being able to strike the right tone and bring messages to life. What’s also important is your love of language – we’re looking for someone who is passionate about their work and who genuinely enjoys writing and playing with semantics; we’re eager to see a strong portfolio of work which clearly demonstrates your enthusiasm and abilities.

The role of Editorial Assistant is a new position in our Manchester office – it will form part of our Brand Team, who are responsible for managing our industry presence. Your role in this team will see you lead elements of activity, such as:

• Creating formal press releases
• Writing blog posts for our website
• Contributing to the creation of white papers
• Supporting in the preparation of client based materials e.g. collateral for congress
• Maintaining our social media presence – producing and responding to Tweets and Facebook updates

We’re a healthcare communications agency – this means we operate within the healthcare and wellness sectors, producing communications campaigns that really add value and enhance people’s lives. The Brand Team play a key part in this – we need to ensure our presence in industry is strong so that we can share our findings; keeping them as targeted, engaging and as innovative as possible.

What’s more, we like to keep our internal teams informed of what’s happening and what’s on the horizon – we like to celebrate our successes too, so it’s imperative that our internal messages and events carry the same level of creativity, personality and attention to detail as those that are market-facing.
