I have an exciting opportunity for an entrepreneurial eCommerce manager to join a specialist interiors business based in Cheshire. With a heritage dating back to over 100 years and a strong product range, this business have managed to established themselves as a leader within their market. Currently this organisation has headquarters in the UK and USA and they manufacture and sell their products world-wide.
Working very closely with the sales and exports functions the eCommerce Manager will be responsible for managing this organisations UK and European online sales platforms. Currently this is a combination of both their own web sites and third party online platforms such as Amazon and eBay. As eCcommerce Manager your role will be extremely varied, you will be responsible for everything from managing relationships with suppliers, through to managing and uploading products, optimising content and consistently reviewing product performance to ensure revenue is maximised through these channels.
In addition to the core eCommerce elements of this role, you will also be responsible for managing social and digital marketing (PPC, SEO) working closely with the US marketing team, to ensure messaging is consistent whilst being tailored to meet the needs of the local market.
This is an extremely exciting opportunity and is especially suited to someone who enjoys building something new and taking on a challenge. You will need to be a confident communicator with an analytical approach. You will have a sound understanding of core eCommerce principles and will have experience in both B2B and B2B2C eCommerce trading. In addition a knowledge of PPC and SEO tactics would be advantageous. This role would suit an experienced eCommerce Manager looking for a fresh challenge or a Senior eCommerce Executive looking for a move into a more senior position.
