Digital & Social Marketing Executive

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Digital & Social Marketing Executive to devise and implement the digital and social marketing campaigns across all Adlington developments and optimise web assets to deliver the maximum number of qualified leads into the sales pipeline for the lowest achievable cost.

The Role - Primary

  • Devise strategies to drive online traffic to the company website using a range of techniques including SEO /SEM, email, social media and digital display
  • Manage and deliver engaging content strategy for web assets, including the use of video, community news, testimonials and blogs
  • Develop and manage digital and social marketing campaigns, stand alone or in support of integrated marketing plans for each development
  • Oversee and deliver the social media strategy for the company and site-specific solutions
  • Community manager across all social media, including delivery of weekly reports
  • Recommend and manage opportunities with online portals, affiliates and third-party partnerships
  • Devise and manage online brand campaigns to raise brand awareness
  • Track conversion rates, goal completions and make improvements to the website as necessary to optimise organic search and authority score
  • Optimise both desktop and mobile web usability including speed, image quality/sizing and relevance
  • Continually review and improve when necessary the usability, design and content of the company website and ensure full GDPR compliance
  • Create quarterly competitor reviews across digital and social media to share within the team and ensure Adlington are delivering best in class solutions

Secondary:

  • Conduct research and analyse data to identify and define target audiences
  • Actively participate in sales & marketing team meetings to share new ideas and initiatives with the team, and ensure all the team are fully aware on the latest digital and social activity
  • Liaise effectively with colleagues from our field sales teams, on-site management, and contractors to ensure timely communication of any marketing activity
  • Be familiar with the management company and care provider of Adlington developments to enable confident and trustworthy communication to customers
  • Set an example of professionalism, friendliness, positive attitude and manner at all times, to build and maintain a trust and rapport with colleagues and customers
  • Be co-operative and flexible at all times to fit in with the demands of the business.

Essential Experience

  • Minimum 2-3 years in a digital executive role, either within agency or client based
  • Detailed knowledge of online metrics and Google analytics
  • Detailed knowledge of social media platforms and how to engage with target audience; especially Facebook, Twitter and Instagram
  • Detailed knowledge of Paid For digital and social media across paid social, digital display and email marketing
  • Detailed knowledge of content management and use of video

Preferred Experience

  • Working with a venue-based brand/product that requires prospects to physically visit
  • Experience of working online with an older audience and/or the property sector
