Concept4 are on the lookout for a highly talented Digital Sales Account Manager, as part of the expansion of our dynamic innovative digital services, with offices in Lancashire and London.

We service clients on a national basis within the Education, B2B and Health sectors but require a self motivated individual to drive the company’s growth objectives within the B2B and Health Sectors.

A dynamic individual who thrives on new business lead generation and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will be totally dedicated to enthuse other team members in digital sales opportunities.


 Generate new business sales through selective customer targeting to meet annual sales budget

 Determine customer requirements and expectations in order to recommend specific mobile applications and website features and functionality solutions

 Provide potential clients with product and technical specifications in a timely manner to meet their business needs

 Recommend alternate digital products based on budget, availability or required specifications

 Present price and terms in accordance with company procedures

 Accurately and proactively manage each stage of the projects process through the IT & Digital Manager

 Proactively recommend features and functions to meet digital trends

 Develop clients relationships through effective communications on terminology, features and benefits of the digital products to improve client satisfaction and experience
