We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join Alliance Manchester Business School in our 50th anniversary year.

The role

This hybrid technical/marketing role will cover a 14-month maternity leave and is an ideal opportunity for a passionate digital marketer looking for in-house experience in a complex organisation.
Reporting to the Head of Marketing, Communications and Recruitment, you’ll be a data-focussed team player who is comfortable leading and managing digital marketing activities across the business school.

A key focus will be leading an ambitious data-driven web redevelopment project – a complex project involving multiple internal and external stakeholders. You will be self-motivated and ready to make an immediate impact. Proven web project management skills will therefore be essential – as will highly developed interpersonal and communication skills. You will also have a good understanding of user experience and knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics in relation to web projects.

You will also be managing our global advertising campaigns, so you will possess significant advertising experience (ideally agency-side) and a track record of successfully managing advertising agencies and relationships with key strategic partners.

In addition, you will be managing the School’s content-led digital marketing strategy with a focus on advertising, search marketing (SEO & PPC), social media, web development and data analysis – so you will be comfortable working directly with marketing and communications professionals at local and corporate levels.
