Innovative property marketing company BA Marketplace is seeking an ambitious, bright, forward-thinking, entrepreneurial and high-spirited Marketing Manager to help grow from quietly disruptive and award winning UK property team to polished global property player.

You will join a happy, hard-working and close-knit team in the heart of Manchester City Centre (but if you ever feel like a change, you can go to our Hong Kong office if and when you want!) and you’ll get great exposure on all areas of marketing from digital and web to CRM and events.

BA Property Group is a straddles property marketing and property sales business with a unique “marketplace” position. Part of the UK Fortuna 50 (Fastest growing UK based companies) gives the right candidate a brilliant foundation to help grow out from a good foundation that is involved with some really interesting projects and campaigns.

Who are we looking for?

A capable all-round marketer with CRM experience and a good understanding of digital, who can hit the ground running. A go-getter with creative flair and tenacity. Who is happy to give opinion.

You will help us grow our subscriber base through email marketing, partnerships, social engagement, advertising and brand development… and in any direction that you feel the market dictates.

You will take ownership of marketing initiatives and help build, test and deploy growth projects from the ground up.

Nice to have’s

Interest in property and people
Experience in social media channels including paid social
Knowledge of Photoshop (or at least a knowledge of what good design looks like)
Basic knowledge of HTML (enough to spot a blagger)

Must have’s

A high professional standard
A data driven marketing approach
Ambition and creativity to pursue unconventional channels
Minimum 2-3 years work experience in digital marketing, CRM or advertising
Hands-on CRM/ Email marketing experience
Ability to manage brand ID and police a tone of voice
A positive can-do-attitude
Ability to effectively and clearly present and communicate ideas
Ability to lead people and projects
