Contract Type:

We are looking for a data and results-driven marketer to lead our sales and marketing work across the UK hub. You will be in charge of attracting traffic from across the globe, converting that traffic into new sales leads, and nurturing those leads to close into customers.

At Hyper Island in the UK, we deliver postgraduate programmes, intensive courses and bespoke consulting services. Our education programmes are designed to enable individuals to grow and stay competitive in an increasingly digitised world. We create an immersive environment where students work on ‘real world’ briefs from leading industry partners, such as Nike, Greenpeace, BBC and the UN. Our alumni are sought by the most respected and innovative companies in the world. They are known for their productivity, creativity and ability to effectively lead and manage change within organisations.

You will be a commercially astute, digital marketing superstar, with a strong understanding and plenty of hands-on experience of human needs and behaviours, content marketing, A/B testing, SEO, analytics, paid advertising, data management etc. to create sustainable growth.

You will help us attract students and participants from our existing and new territories who would benefit from a Hyper Island programme or short course, as well as work to generate new leads for our business consulting work.

You will also be a successful team leader, with an empathetic and supportive approach, whilst able to drive a team forward to meet aims, goals and sales targets. The team currently consists of two posts: a Relationship Manager and a Digital Communications Manager.

We are in an exciting period of growth and development, during which you will hold a core role in shaping and building our future. You will work with the UK & Global teams to create long-term sales strategies as well as short-term tactical plans, driving those plans forward to enable us to meet our targets for growth and maintain our reputation for ground-breaking industry led digital education.

Whilst the role is based in Manchester, there will be extensive work with our co-workers across the globe and regular travel to London and Stockholm expected.
