Digital Experience Manager

Burnley College is seeking a Digital Experience Manager to deliver innovative projects and build transformative digital experiences for our four progressive brands.The ideal candidate will have a creative, functional mind and will be able to develop initial concepts through to implementation.

You will ensure your creative output constantly meets the highest standards and will be flexible in attitude to extend, edit or expand as per requirement. You won’t be someone who sees their role as strictly limited to one small part of the Digital Experience.

You will be passionate about delivering innovative digital projects and campaigns and have experience of balancing the demand for new work alongside existing support and maintenance tasks. Working across our Marketing and Sales/Software Development team, the you will have a strong drive and passion for digital and technology with experience of working in a digital/marketing/software environment.

You will demonstrate experience of working in a fast-paced environment and a have a track record of successfully delivering change and will consistently raise the bar and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

You will be comfortable learning how to use new technologies and quickly become an expert able to develop and support others.  You will be an excellent communicator able to ‘bridge the understanding gap’ between technical and non-technical staff.
