A rare opportunity has opened up there for a project / account manager to join them. Reporting to the two founders, this hybrid role will involve both workflow management and client communication. You will be involved in projects from inception where you will meet with the client to gather information and scope out what is involved, then scheduling the team of complete the project, using your digital knowledge to ensure that elements of the project are completed in the right order. You will assist with shipping the completed project to the client, lending a hand with training them how to use their shiny new website / app / CMS.
You will probably be working in a digital or integrated agency or a software house. You might already be working in project management, or maybe you’re an account executive or an account manager who wants more project involvement and more responsibility. A couple of years experience is all you need, but if you have more than this – even better. You will be organised, resourceful and great with people.
The agency currently uses the waterfall methodology, but as the agency grows they plan to become more agile, so experience with agile or at least an understanding of it would be beneficial.
