Support the lead conversion rate optimisation analyst in conducting successful campaigns for a range of high profile clients. Gathering and analysing data from a wide range of sources including both qualitative and quantitative data. Use this data and conduct effect analysis and provide recommendations to clients on how to grow their businesses through structure testing and insight.

key responsibilities.

Organise and analyse the data gathering for a number of projects
Provide analysis for projects including recommendations where necessary
Establish testable hypotheses and conduct testing
Liaise with the lead analyst and other company members in organising data gathering and online testing
Provide feedback, both written and verbal, to clients on analysis and testing
skills required.

Psychology degree or similar
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Self-motivated and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skill set
Willingness to learn basic website coding
Experience of analysing data to spot trends
Some experience of research methods and testing methodology
Ability to understand data for real world application
desirable skills.

Some knowledge or background in online marketing
Understanding of google analytics is extremely beneficial
Experience of gather data both qualitatively and quantitatively
