Conduct successful CRO campaigns for a range of clients. Using a range of sources to gather data you will be responsible for collating and analysing data to provide detailed insight on how to improve a client’s website. This will involve both qualitative and quantitative data sources which you will be expected to effectively analyse and provide detailed recommendations that can be implemented on a client’s website.

You will be required to test a large amount of your recommendations on the client website using a range of testing platforms. You will be expected to create testable hypotheses in order to carry out A/B, Split to Multivariate testing and use established statistical measures to record their performance.

Your role will require you to manage your own time within working hours in order to meet client deadlines. Ensuring work is complete to a high standard and adds value to the client’s proposition.

Responsible for client projects from start to finish ensuring deadlines and expectation are met throughout
Organise and analyse the data gathering for a number of projects
Provide analysis for projects including recommendations where necessary
Establish testable hypotheses and conduct testing
Liaise with other company members in organising data gathering and online testing where needed
Provide feedback to clients on analysis and testing
Create and effective campaign plan to help clients achieve their business goals

skills required.

Evidence of experience in the industry
Understanding of google analytics and its applications
Understanding of VWO, optimizely or any other testing suites
Knowledge of data gathering software, such as Formisimo, Mouse Stats,, ETC.
Experience with gathering both qualitative and quantitative data
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Self-motivation and driven with a willingness to learn and constantly expand knowledge and skill set
Willingness to learn basic website coding

Wider digital marketing knowledge, PPC, SEO, online PR
Google analytics qualified
Existing coding knowledge (CSS, JQuery)
