This is a great opportunity for an ambitious creative, with a passion for shopping, to join our growing marketing agency.As an IPA and Investors In People accredited agency, there is enormous emphasis on the development and coaching of our people to reach their goals and ambitions.
Role description
You’ll be working on a range of well known national and international brands and retailers. You’ll support the Studio/Production Manager and the creative team on the development of a wide variety of artwork formats including branding, packaging, advertising, video and digital.

What we‘re looking for:
Meticulous attention to detail, an eye for design, the ability to follow and champion/enforce brand guidelines and a solid understanding of artwork delivery.

Your role will include:
Working closely with the creative and studio teams to develop and turn initial creative concepts into accurately prepared and finished artwork for both the agency’s clients and the agency itself
Co-ordinate the delivery of artwork to the highest quality and within deadlines, providing high level, consistent, accurate and professional service in all digital and print formats.

You’ll need to have:
3 years experience in a creative agency
A background in graphic design/artworking
Excellent knowledge of current graphic design, photography, typography and printing
Competency in design studio set-up and operations
Excellent knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
Good knowledge of Digital/HTML banners/UX
Solid understanding of print processes
A passion for design
Excellent IT and mac skills across all software
Ability to identify and solve problems
Excellent planning and organisation skills
Possesses the ability to build effective working relationships – a team player
The means to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Works in a logical, systematic manner
Quality and accuracy focused with attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proactive and hard working
