We’re a small but growing team on the lookout for a Creative Administrator to act as Office Manager, PA and Financial Controller. This new and exciting role will offer the right candidate the opportunity to join a relaxed, friendly and determined team, taking the agency on the next steps of our journey.
As the central hub to agency life you’ll have the drive to make sure our fabulous city center offices feel like home; and that staff, clients, suppliers alike feel at home. You’ll have a desire build relationships with new and existing suppliers and be determined to support each and every one of our wonderful clients. You’ll be responsible for finding and welcoming new starters and nurturing the current team, acting as PA and confidant. You’ll know your purchase ledger for your sales ledger, process expenses/balance petty cash, manage office stock, equipment, insurances and supplies (& get best value) as well as organise meetings and nights out along with travel. You’ll be the go to person that holds the office together and as such you will need to be confident, sensitive, friendly, always willing to help and super approachable.
