Regenda is now recruiting a Communications Manager to work with our talented Communications team at our fantastic new offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre.
About the role
You’ll be an experienced communications and marketing professional, able to devise and implement great marketing and PR plans. You’ll have an eye on the big picture while having a good grip on the detail, and you’ll be able to juggle different priorities.
Ideally you’ll have a marketing qualification and be experienced in marketing new developments and lettings. You’ll be confident working on strategy and planning, digital media and print and design, and able to do media relations and internal communications. A great people person, you’ll be an organised team player and an excellent account manager.
The Regenda Group is a great quality, forward thinking housing business, building, managing and maintaining the homes people need. We own or manage around 13,000 properties across the region, including social rented housing, housing for older people, supported housing, private rented property, shared ownership and housing for sale.
The Regenda Group is made up of Regenda Homes and its wholly-owned subsidiaries M&Y Maintenance and Construction, Redwing Living and McDonald Property Rentals.
