Are you the experienced all-rounder we’re looking for? Practised at building and developing client relationships you’ll also have experience working with big brands, a nose for building committed, driven teams and a finely tuned ear for new business. Equally, you’ll also relish the challenge of adapting to the needs of ambitious and challenger brands with leaner teams and budgets.

You’ll probably already be a Client Services Director at a smaller agency, or an Account Director at a larger agency. Above all, you’ll be ready for your next challenge at a Top 100 Independent Agency with big ambition.

We don’t do egos here. Personality and fit are a big part of our hiring process, so you’ll need to show us that you’re a team player who shares our mindset.

What we need is someone with broad experience across B2B and B2C, with a comprehensive understanding of all marketing disciplines.

You’ll work from our Sheffield office – a lovely award-winning space in a grade 2 listed building that’s a short walk from Sheffield train station, and the role will include regular travel to London (plus the odd trip to Europe) to work with some of our key clients.
