Business Development Manger – Job Ad
We’re looking for an ambitious and experienced BDM to join our growing team. Working with the senior management team your role in our life will be:
• To identify and create opportunities for the agency to develop new client relationships.
• To manage and co-ordinate the agency’s new business and marketing activity.
• To work with the Head of Retail to refine and improve ROI.
You’ll need to have :
• A fascination with shopping and brand communication in its broadest sense
• Proven track record of appointment setting and winning new business
• A marketing agency background
• Experience of multichannel approach to new business – telemarketing/social/digital
• Evidence of insight based approach to new business
• Tenacity and drive, going the extra mile
• Excellent influencing and negotiation skills, Proven track record of increasing revenue through generation of leads
• Clean driving licence
