We are looking for a Business Development Executive to work within our internal marketing team, and to assist in our new business function contributing to the growth of the agency.

The role

Your main responsibility is to follow up on inbound leads and identify businesses that are a good fit for us (and who we’re a good fit for).
You’ll do this by answering the phone to prospects and taking a brief. You’ll then work with the specialists at Branded3 to create the right strategy for them.

You’ll need to learn about the work we’ve done with some of the world’s biggest brands so you can talk about it with people who are facing similar problems.

This role is part of our marketing team. You’ll need to identify marketing materials that we’ll need to create that will help you talk to current prospects (case studies of work with certain clients or documents that might answer specific problems). You’ll need to be proactive in following up with people who may find insights from the team or case studies of our work useful.
You’ll need to use our customer relationship management (CRM) system on a day to day basis and be responsible for keeping it up to date.

The person

You’ll need to be outgoing and enthusiastic about our brand and teams.
Experience with search, PR, social media or development is preferable but we need to see that you “get” us and our brand. Sales or client service experience would be positive.

We’re not target driven but you’ll need to be self-motivated to achieve results for Branded3.
