Business Development Executive

Cirrus is looking for a confident business development executive to join our dynamic team and help us achieve our growth targets. This is a challenging and rewarding role, ideally suited to someone with 12 months experience and who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. It's a great opportunity to develop your career in a thriving and innovative company.The primary focus of this role is to support our business growth team, helping to build relationships with clients and extend our network of contacts to drive revenue growth. 

Key responsibilities include:

  • Arranging meetings with new and existing contacts to nurture relationships

  • Managing an up to date CRM database

  • Providing support for proposals and costings

  • Preparing and coordinating pitch materials

  • Supporting with event and webinar planning and follow-ups

  • Sharing market intelligence with the team.

Essential skills and experience:

  • B2B sales experience in professional services or similar

  • Experience of arranging sales meetings via telephone

  • Excellent communication skills – skilled at building rapport

  • A professional, friendly manner

  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills and experience of using a CRM database

  • Client-focused and able to build strong relationships

  • Self-motivated, tenacious and resilient, positive under pressure
