My client is a well-established PR agency who is looking to appoint a PR Executive to work on a mix of B2B clients. They are happy to look at candidates looking to work 3 or 4 days a week as well as full time candidates.

The award winning PR and marketing agency represents a cross-section of clients in a variety of traditional industries and service sectors. Core services include public relations, literature design, e-newsletters, marketing consultancy, search engine optimisation, advertising, lead generation, website construction, e-marketing, social media, market research, exhibitions, product launches, You Tube movies and corporate videos.

The successful candidate will provide full-time PR and marketing support for a busy and often challenging B2B focused public relations and marketing agency.

Key tasks

• Supporting and developing clients’ social media programmes
• Ensuring integration with over-arching PR and marketing campaigns
• Developing in-house social media solutions for the agency including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and other relevant b2b platforms
• Staying ahead of new media developments
• Preparing for and attending client meetings with colleagues
• Writing PR material including press releases and newsletter content (training provided)
• Undertaking telephone and online research
• Digital and traditional marketing including sending out client mailers
• Keeping and updating accurate marketing database records (using ACT)
• Producing draft client reports on marketing activities

An ability to work as a team player and support other team members is an important part of the job. Occasional additional duties include attending exhibitions and supporting clients at events.
