One of the most ambitious full-service agencies in the North is looking for a new Account Manager to join their exceptional client services set up, due to continued growth.
The agency is 15 strong and works with some of the most exciting large blue chip and up-and-coming SMEs in the UK. They offer services across Design and Print, Branding, Digital, PR, TV / Video, Exhibitions and Internal Comms.
This role will give you the opportunity to really immerse yourself in clients businesses on a strategic level. Youll be working in a full-service capacity on one or two large client accounts at any one time. This is done so that you can really build strong relationships and understand the businesses on a deep level, rather than working on 10+ accounts and being pulled all over the place! You’ll work closely with the other three talented Account Managers to collaborate on accounts to allow for knowledge sharing and specialist focuses for specific projects within accounts. The other account managers have generalist / integrated experience, then with particular specialisms such as Video, PR or Design. A digital, creative or strategy / planning specialist would compliment the team well, however this isnt a necessity.
You will need to be an excellent relationship builder that loves business, marketing and providing an amazing service to your clients. You will be capable and enjoy challenging the status quo with your clients. This is certainly not a Yes-man role but more of a strategic client partner role. You will need to be organised and process driven and up for a laugh, because whilst this is a professional environment noone takes themselves too seriously.

Salary is around 28,000+ with a range of benefits. You’ll be ready to make the step up to Senior Account Manager in 6 – 12 months.
