Are you an account manager who’s well organised, personable, creative and can build lasting client relationships? This is an exciting role that encompasses account management, business development and building client relationships. The role has enormous potential, and our new Account Manager will be at the forefront of overseeing projects from teams across the agency.
The main duties of this role will involve:
Developing client relationships across a range of clients
Writing contact reports from client meetings and executing the action points
Writing quality proposals and presentations that are on brand and presented well to promote Delineo’s services and to help win / retain business
Liaise with the campaign, digital and content teams in order to plan, price and prioritise new projects
Nice to have:
Experience in financial services and B2B clients
3+ years’ experience in a similar role or a role that has required the same level of organisational and management skills.
Previous experience of growing, developing, managing and coordinating the demands of multiple client accounts
Excellent project management, organisational and problem solving skills
