As part of the Home Group, we’re launching a new digital offering tailored towards small to medium-sized businesses. We’re looking for digital account handlers with two or more years’ experience to join the team.

Being the ‘go to person’ on a client, internally and externally, you’ll be responsible for the management of jobs day-to-day to ensure momentum and results for clients and the team alike.


• Organise agency resource to translate digital strategy into actionable tasks
• Manage jobs
• Generate and maintain momentum in client work

Key elements/deliverables of the role:

• Work with other departmental heads and Project Management to ensure jobs run effectively
• More knowledge than anyone else about the detail of client jobs
• Management of job bags
• Accurate and timely contact and client reports
• Ensure all client and internal approvals are obtained as required for all work
• Effective delegation to and mentoring of execs
• Maintain record of client work
