Door4 is a digital agency, based in Burnley, Lancashire. We also operate a commercial office at our group HQ in Ardwick, Manchester. (This role will be based in Lancashire. There may be opportunities to operate from Manchester later in the year.)

We deliver our work – websites, search, email and engagement campaigns – to clients all over the UK. We span multiple sectors, private, public and third – with clients ranging from ambitious SMEs to global enterprises. We work with a mixture of retained and project-based accounts.

We are looking for an astute, technically-minded and ambitious Account Manager, who will help us to build client relationships, deliver projects and contracts, and co-ordinate production resource to keep everything running. You will have experience in a similar role, either at Account Manager or executive role – with a key focus on digital – specifically websites, SEO, PPC, email, content and social.

You’ll be working amongst our busy account team, servicing a range of clients, across our various digital services. You’ll work with Account Directors, and our marketing teams to help to capture requirements, develop briefs, and see delivery through to successful conclusion.

You’ll thrive on positive communication, and be happy to be the busiest person in the whole business!

Practically, you’ll be at home creating and explaining performance reports across the whole digital mix, creating presentations, and contributing to presentations with Account Directors. You have the full everyday productivity software portfolio (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), and you can find your way around typical contemporary CMS platforms.

You’re not necessarily a developer or designer, but you have a solid appreciation for what works, what looks good, and the difference between “good enough” and “great.”

Bonus skills include familiarity with marketing automation platforms, e-commerce projects, systems integration and software development.
