We work in the healthcare sector, and this means that when we develop consumer, or patient focused campaigns, we’re giving people information that they need, or tools that they can use to make their lives easier and better.

While all of our teams will have a degree of focus on engagement with patients through digital activity and social media, one of our newest teams is especially directed in this way. We’re looking for an Account Manager to join this team and work on an account that is all about innovation and invention and that drives helpful change.

We’re looking for a confident, articulate and passionate Account Manager – you’ll have already gained some great agency experience, so you’ll be really good at building internal relationships and working with people to get things done. You’ll also be great on the client side, owning your own contacts and relationships and working with an Account Director as needed, but independently most of the time. More broadly, we’re looking for refined account management skills – you’ll be on top of your finances, happy delegating work to an Exec, and both proactive and organised in your approach. We’re looking for someone with great presentation and written communication skills. When we make proposals for our clients these are considered, based on robust insight and inspirational; we’re looking for you to be confident presenting ideas whether that’s done verbally or in writing.

We’re lucky enough to have people in our teams with really varied skills and expertise. You’ll work with incredible creatives, intelligent strategists and inspiring leaders. Your role will be to advise the client in the right way, along with your Account Director and then work to get the best from everyone whilst also keeping the project on track in terms of time and budget.

We’re looking for a real team player with lots of initiative, enthusiasm and energy. You’ll be calm under pressure with a real eye for detail – we’re looking for applications from Account Managers who describe themselves as perfectionists and whose friends would say they’re unflappable.
