An Account Manager is required to join Prodo, a vibrant full service web and creative agency with an impressive client list across several sectors. We are now looking for a talented, enthusiastic individual keen to make an impact from day one.

Role Purpose

The Account Manager will sit within our Client Services Team at the heart of all agency activity.

You will be responsible for retaining and growing your portfolio of clients across a number of sectors and digital services. You’ll be expected to self-manage and regularly report on KPIs.

Role Responsibilities

• Answering client enquiries in a friendly and engaging way
• Efficient management of several clients at one time
• Monitoring all client accounts and projects daily
• Compiling, reviewing and distributing all client reports on a monthly basis
• Working alongside project and account teams on delivery of activity
• Arranging and attending monthly meetings or conference calls with clients
• Organising quarterly reviews for clients
• Building strong client relationships, with the end goal of delivering delight
• Compiling and distributing contact notes after key meetings
• Other duties as directed by Head of Client Services

Personal Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ account management experience
• Digital agency experience
• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work to deadlines
• Critical thinking and problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills, to work and interface with individuals of various levels and backgrounds
• Good knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet software


• Experience of using Salesforce
• Digital qualifications, such as AdWords certification or similar

Salary dependent on experience
Benefits Package: BUPA, 23 days holiday per annum, plus birthday off
Hours of employment: 37.5 Hours per week. 8.30am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
