The retail world is constantly changing and we need a confident Account Manager to help us continue producing fantastic work for our retail clients.
As the face of the agency, you need to be able to deliver excellent client service at all times. Helping to manage and develop strong relationships with clients, and ensuring the day to day running of accounts is as smooth as can be.
Some areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for successful interpretation of client briefs into great creative and then successfully present creative output, ensuring senior sign off.
- Ensure everything is delivered with accuracy, to brief and at the highest quality.
- Understand clients’ business objectives and challenges to support with planning and creative process.
- Be competent and proactive in selling all agency services.
