You’ll be outgoing, positive, flexible and hardworking with the ability to manage a portfolio of clients and implement strategic and creative solutions to fulfil their communication needs across campaigns and branding. Ideally you’ll be degree qualified in an appropriate subject (marketing, media), a member of the CIM, with experience in a similar role.

• To motivate clients to provide the best briefs
• To motivate internal teams to do the best work for clients
• To interpret client requirements and plan and implement appropriate profitable responses
• To manage a portfolio of agency accounts
• To be prime contact for agreed clients and be responsible for client satisfaction
• Take client briefs, interpret and develop into creative briefs
• Project manage activities that fulfill client briefs
• Present agency solutions to client briefs
• Provide reports on client and agency activities
• Manage suppliers in accordance with delivering client needs
• Regularly review and initiate response to client needs
• Administer invoicing and relevant paperwork
• Ensure agreed targets are met and variance communicated
• Manage workflow into and out of studio
• Work closely with the creative team to deliver campaigns
• Be brilliant, inspiring and a joy to work with
