Role and Responsibilities

• Building strong relationships with clients and colleagues
• Understanding your client’s business, their brands and their customers
• Creating and maintaining a culture of thinking, challenging and innovation
• Leading the delivery of client solutions
• Developing efficient and effective communication channels between client and agency
• Managing the day-to-day running of a range of accounts
• Assisting with new business preparation, presentations and attending pitches
• Creating and maintaining key account documents; briefs, WIPs, contact reports and resource requests
• Presenting and leading client meetings

Skills and experience

• Good understanding of the digital environment and a passion for emerging digital trends
• Strong communication skills
• Qualifications in relevant subjects i.e. Marketing degree would be an advantage
• Analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good written and spoken English
• Good organisational skills
• Understanding of Google and other search-engines would be beneficial
• Good understanding of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• The ability to present confidently and to deliver presentations
